3. Return & Refund Policy<\/h2>

1.We can refund you money ro send you replacement If we send the wrong style or the wrong color,but damaged merchandise or missing components is not refundable.<\/p>

2.We can also accept your return If the items can`t match your need. but the courier service freight should be paid by buyer,and item should be as new as we ship them out.<\/p>

Return Notes:<\/p>

1).If you need some of the goods returned, please be sure to keep return goods and accessories intact.<\/p>

2).You need to take all the necessary logistics costs returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.<\/p>

4. Shipping Term<\/h2>

Our warehouse located in China,CA USA and NJ USA, TX USA, IL USA, GA USA, Poland available to all the EU country, UK\u00a0<\/p>

1).Please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc.) in the REMARKS when you make the payment. The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 3 to 15 working days upon receipt of payment.<\/p>

2).Any items you order shall be only shipped after your payment confirmed by the Third Party (Bank ) We ship the item for customers through Fedex Groud(ship from USA warehouse only to USA mainland),Air Freight and Sea shipping,which can only update when package reached your country and then dispatch by Fedex, UPS, DPD, Royal mail or other logistis.<\/p>

3).You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package be shipped out. Delivery time shall based on different countries or regions around the world.<\/p>

4).As for the delivery destinations smoothly,your address must be confirmed, we cannot send parcels to the following address in USA, Puerto Rico, Virgin Lslands, 966-969 Hawaii, Guam and Alaska, we also do not accept any PO BOX address.<\/p>

5).We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force reasons.<\/p>

6).For package missed on the way to the destination, we would try our best to contact with our post office and update the latest information for you. However, there may be some delayed reply because of the time difference.<\/p>

5. Filling Vape<\/h2>

1) The device comes with a battery\/tank and a separate mouthpiece. Make sure to store the mouthpiece in a safe location while you are in the filling process.<\/p>

2) Using a syringe, or other filling tools,fill the device by utilizing only one of the two outer filling holes. DO NOT FlLL CENTER HOLE. Be careful not to ill both outer holes at once as one is required to let air escape during the illing process.<\/p>

3) Push the mouthpiece back on the device until it clicks into \u00a0place. Make sure to do this within 1 minute of filling the device.<\/p>

AFTER FILLED<\/p>

*Once the device is filled and the mouthpiece has been placed back on within 3 minute after filling, invert the device so that is upside down. This is to ensure the oil in the device cools away from the coil.This will help prevent any fracturing that might happen to the atomizer.<\/p>

*After the device has been lipped upside down for 30 minutes, lip it right side up for another 30 minutes. This allows the oil to fully saturate the coil. lf the coil is not fully saturat- ed, then it can potentially cause dry hits.<\/p>

*when you have completed the inverting process, simply store the device in a room-tem-perature environment with the temperature being between 68-77 degrees F.<\/p>
